On-Site Coaching
You will meet with Lisa weekly in her private office, located at the Basics Fitness Center in South Portland, Maine. (Basics is a warm, friendly, non-intimidating gym, and Lisa’s clients receive a great discount if they decide to work out at Basics.) You and Lisa will review your food for the week and look at any modifications that need to be made. Lisa will also help you plan for the upcoming week, including restaurant choices, healthy recipes, and family and friend gatherings.
If stress-eating or emotional-eating is a challenge, Lisa will give you strategies and tips to avoid mindless eating. Lisa is a certified personal trainer, and she will design a fitness plan that works for your busy life. If you need daily accountability, you can text her after you complete your exercise session.
Remote Coaching
Do you live outside of Maine? Or perhaps you simply want to be coached from the comfort of your home or office. No problem!
Lisa offers safe, convenient coaching via telephone, Skype, or Facetime. Through remote coaching, you can “meet” with Lisa and achieve your health and weight-loss goals without ever having to leave your home. Each week, you'll keep your food journal, and then, either by Email or text, Lisa will review your food choices, and make any necessary adjustments. Prior to your first remote coaching session, Lisa will e-mail you an intake form, all her materials, food journal sheets, and a goal sheet. Simply e-mail these back and you are on your way to improved health. If you are in town one week, and want to meet in person, we can make that happen!
Remote coaching gives you the flexibility of never leaving your home and saves you money. And, as with the On-Site Plan, you can still text Lisa daily for food and fitness support!
