Hi, I’m Lisa Prince, Nutrition & Weight Loss Specialist. I help people develop a harmonious relationship with food!


For over fifteen years, I’ve successfully helped thousands of overweight clients by creating weight-loss plans that are individualized, fun, and easy to follow. The 7, 12, or 24-Week "Prince Plans" are a time-tested, dependable way to lose weight.  Are you a vegan or a vegetarian? Are you gluten free or lactose intolerant? The Prince Plans are customized for your individual nutritional needs. They include nutritionally-guided healthy eating, combined with professionally designed fitness programs. With hands-on support and weight-loss coaching, either in person or remotely, my clients are highly motivated and they keep on track to reach their goals!

Meal prepping is important for most people due to our over-scheduled, fast, modern lifestyles. Having healthy delicious meals ready to go can benefit your weight loss plan. As a certified nutrition specialist, Lisa will introduce you to nutritionally-guided foods that include joyful, mindful eating.  She will show you how to include some of your favorite foods into your healthy meal plans - foods that are easy-to-prepare and delicious.
