Meal prepping is important for most people due to our over-scheduled, fast, modern lifestyles. Having healthy delicious meals ready to go can benefit your weight loss plan. As a certified nutrition specialist, Lisa will introduce you to nutritionally-guided foods that include joyful, mindful eating.  She will show you how to include some of your favorite foods into your healthy meal plans - foods that are easy-to-prepare and delicious.

I had already lost roughly 80lbs with basic changes in my eating habits, but I had plateaued, and wasn’t losing any additional weight. I enjoyed exercise, loved cooking with and eating hale and hearty foods, but still couldn’t figure out how to lose the additional weight I needed to shed. I emailed Weight Loss Coach Lisa and she addressed my concerns and steered me in the right direction at once. She helped me recognize just how often I was using food as a means of comfort and not even realizing it. Lisa, along with her comforting and welcoming demeanor, truly made me feel like I was finally digging myself out of the hole I created.
