As a certified nutrition specialist, Lisa will introduce you to nutritionally-guided foods that include joyful, mindful eating. She will show you how to include some of your favorite foods into your healthy meal plans - foods that are easy-to-prepare and delicious.
Our meal plans are available digitally through email and for download, so you can manage your grocery lists and weekly menus wherever you are.

I had already lost roughly 80lbs with basic changes in my eating habits, but I had plateaued, and wasn’t losing any additional weight.
